The Coronavirus has paralyzed the entire state of Colorado, nation and world; however, there is hope we will all emerge stronger. I have friends all over the country and world and I can tell you with certainty, there is no place I’d rather be during these trying times. The grocery stores still have food, people are friendly, and the community is rallying to help each other. As of today there are 591 cases of Coronavirus in Colorado and 3 in Chaffee County. Almost all businesses are closed. Some restaurants remain open serving much appreciated to-go meals.
It’s spring and more houses are coming on the market everyday. There is a lot of talk about mortgage rates going down soon.
