In February 25 homes Closed in Chaffee County, a decrease of 38% year over year and a 34% decrease month over month. Throughout the month, 42 homes moved to the Pending status, 5% fewer year over year, but 31% more compared to last month.
MEDIAN CLOSED PRICES
Home prices in Chaffee county hit a median closed price of $542,500 in February, a 5% increase year over year and a 7% decrease month over month. Single-family homes closed for a median price of $605,000, 5% higher than last year at this time and unchanged month over month. Condo/townhome/multi-family homes closed for a median price of $474,500, a 2% decrease year over year and a 19% increase month over month. In February, the average Closed Price was $604,820, a 10% year-over-year increase, but a 1% decrease month over month.
