These are the numbers you’ve been waiting for. These are the first monthly real estate sales statistics for properties sold in the Arkansas Valley. The Chaffee County real estate sales numbers are stronger than expected given we were not allowed to show homes for most of April. Most of the homes sold in April went under contract before the COVID19 stay-at-home order went into affect. I expect the May 2020 real estate sales numbers to be lower than April.
There inventory of homes and vacant properties is really good and growing daily.
