Single-Family homes reached a Median Closed Price of $554,250 and Condo/ Townhome/Multi-Family homes reached a Median Closed Price of $325,000. In 2021 homes in Buena Vista continue to move quickly, staying on the market for a median of just 6 days. SALIDA – Buyer demand was evident in Salida throughout 2021 with 3% more homes closing compared to 2020. Low inventory and high demand drove the Median Closed Price for Single-Family homes up 23% to $615,000 and Condo/Townhome/Multi-family homes closed for a median price of $412,500, up 5% from last year. Homes are moving to Pending status at a very quick pace, spending a median of only 7 days on the market in 2021.
