I grew up in Roanoke, VA and graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1997. In 1998 I moved to Colorado where I learned that mountains don’t have trees on top of them. Outdoor recreation is what drew me to Colorado, and eventually to BV. I lived in Durango and the Vail Valley before settling in Buena Vista with my wife in 2006. We chose BV because we were looking for a small town with a strong sense of community, and of course world class recreation. We are climbers, boaters, bikers, skiers, peak baggers, and music lovers. In 2008 our family doubled in size with the birth of our twin son and daughter. It’s a joy and a privilege to raise kids in Buena Vista. One of the best parts of being a Realtor is acting as a tour guide and ambassador for our town. I love helping people learn about our town.
